Department Usage Quick Report

  1. From the Materials Management main Contents, select Requisitioning > Departments. The Quick Click panel appears.
  2. On the Quick Click menu, select View Usage and enter the department number in the box under Department. (The figure above shows 6100.)
  3. Click Submit. The system displays the Department Usage Summary for the department you specified.
  4. To get detailed item usage for the year, click the Menu next to the year. Select View File Item Usage or View Non-File Item Usage.  The system displays detailed usage information.
  5. Click Quick Report. The system displays your report
  6. Note: You can undo changes that you made using Configure by clicking View > Refresh on the browser's toolbar.
  7. Click File > Print Preview. Your report displays formatted for printing.
  8. Click Print. The Print panel appears. You can select the printer for your report, and, by clicking Properties, you can specify the Orientation on the page as either Portrait or Landscape output. (Landscape prints pages the on the "long" side, often useful for wide reports.)
